EXTENDED OPTHALMOSCOPY: OD: Vertical C/D ratio is 0.2. There is 3+ epiretinal membrane. OS: Vertical C/D ratio is 0.2. There is a macular scar with retinal atrophy superiorly. OCT SCAN: The OCT scan of the right eye shows an intense macular pucker. The left eye shows retinal atrophy corresponding to the area of the branch retinal artery occlusion superiorly.
