two years of discharge and discomfort. Consulted several times and observation was recommended. A scleral buckle was seen intruded in the superior lid skin of left eye superiorly and in to the sclera inferiorly. Once it was pulled it was evident that a large piece of rigid silicon had made a deep tunnel in the skin.
