75 year old man with 2 weeks of vision loss in both eyes. He has serous retinal detachments and choroidal effusions more in the left eye than the right eye. He has been getting every 3 week testosterone shots for 1.5 years. He was at a weight loss clinic from 6 to 3 months ago and had Lipo-B shots and lost 35 lbs. He also takes daily Cialis on his doctors recommendations for low testosterone. He is otherwise in good health. Vision is 20/40 right eye, 20/50 left eye. The images show the choroidal effusion with choroidal thickening. This spontaneously resolved without altering his systemic testosterone or cialis therapy over the course of about 4 months
