Pre retinal hemorrhage associated with partial PVD

56 year old female in for checkup- no symptoms and normal vision - there is a hemorrhage by the nerve that could be vascular, tractional or from her mild glaucoma (which is controlled). The macular hemorrhage is preretinal.
