Choroidal Folds - Nanophthalmous - Axial length 20

67 year old female Decreased Vision OU with choriodal folds. Axial length is 20. There is a CHRPE lesion in the left eye.
VA 20/25 OU. Has already had cataract and glaucoma surgery.
