Retinal detachment with choroidal effusions and RPE tear

83 year old man with chronic glaucoma presented with 10 days of vision loss in the left eye and a retinal detachment. He also has choroidal effusions and and RPE tear. He had a history of bladder cancer in remission. I did a biopsy of the choroidal lesions at the time of surgery which showed no cancer. Initial vision was HM and final vision was 20/80. The choroidal effusions may have occurred because of his age and prior history of glaucoma.
