Macular Fold - 40 years post retinal detachment repair - Glaucoma

79-year-old woman has had a long-standing macular fold in the right eye associated with retinal detachment repair in 1970. (40 years ago) She has a macular scar in that eye. She has optic atrophy in both eyes from glaucoma. Vision OD is hand motion, OS is 20/50
