Chronic CSR with mild vision loss - Macular Atrophy Right Eye

55 year old man has not been to an eye doctor in years. VA 20/40 OD and 20/25 OS. OCT shows outer retinal atrophy and choroidal thickening. FAF shows guttering. FA shows no active lesions. ICG shows patchy mild leakage visible at about 5 minutes.
