Scleral Buckle Intrusion

85 year old woman with 35 year old scleral buckle in the left eye. Her vision has been gradually declining with increasing uveitis and finally a scleral buckle intrusion. Over about 18 months the eye became painful with NLP vision and ultimately was removed.
