Birdshot chorioretinitis with macular edema - positive HLAA29

67 year old female with 'vitreous hemorrhage' in the right eye for a year. Extensive uveitis work up done but now with HLA A29. HLA A29 was positive. She has not responded to kenalog injections (posterior) and will be started on systemic therapy soon
