RPE tear following single treatment of vabysmo in the left eye

80 year old patient with HemiCRVO and wet AMD in the left eye. The right eye has recent vision loss from 20/40 - 20/100. She has a high PED and wet AMD. She was given one treatment of half-dose vabysmo and presented next visit with a PED tear and vision of 4/200.
