Myopic (maybe PIC) choroidal neovascular membrane with recurrence after 6 years

31 year old female presented with 20/100 vision OS in 2017. Was treated with Lucentis x 6 and improved to 20/32. Then she was lost to follow-up. She represented 6 years later with 20/50 vision OS and a large recurrence and restarted treatment.
