41-year-old homeless man
Vision loss in both eyes for many months which is not getting better.
PMhx – Benign
Meds – none
VA OD: HM, OS: 2/200
IOP 14, 15
Anterior segments: 1+ NS OU
Post-op vision at 3 months was 2/200 both eyes uncorrected (see images)
