80 year old woman with decreased vision and blurring in the left eye for the past year. She reports that she has blurring that comes and goes and floaters that bother her when she reads.


The patient reports that the floaters that bother her have been occurring on a daily basis lately. She reports that she is having a “hard time reading”.
