Punctate Inner Choroidopathy and Choroidal Neovascular Membrane

27 year old female with vision loss for 4 months. VA was 20/200. She had a CNVM which was extrafoveal with no subretinal fluid. Her vision improved over 6 months to 20/50 with Ranibizumab injections (she might have improved without treatment)
