Disciform Scar after Photodynamic Laser - Macular Hemorrhage and Vitrectomy

84-year-old man has age-related macular degeneration in both eyes, with a disciform scar in the right eye. He had a subfoveal hemorrhage in that eye treated with vitrectomy and displacement on May 3, 2006. He previous to that had photodynamic laser. These photos are from October 2010. VA is 1/200.
