80 year old Recent vision loss in the left eye for about 6 weeks.
Hyperlipidemia, HTN, Angina, history of TIA’s
ASA daily
VA 20/25 OD, 20/63 OS (was 20/40 5/3/21 at patients first visit)
AC pseudophakic
