Asymptomatic exudative wet age-related macular degeneration

78 year old man with scar in the left eye being treated regularly and returns with new lesions in the right eye which is not symptomatic. Vision is 20/25 right eye and 20/125 left eye. The lesion was treated and responded to anti-VEGF therapy
