Retinal Pigment Epithlial Rip and Good Vision (20/40)

82-year-old woman has age-related macular degeneration in the left eye. She developed a pigment epithelial rip in the macula and remarkably her vision is improved with 2 years of treatment. She has had no injections for one year. OS 20/40. (fellow eye has a disciform scar)
