Granulomatous Uveitis - Probable Sarcoid

28 year old white man with red-itch eyes and decreased vision for 3 months.
VA OD: 3/200 OS: 20/20
Right eye: granulomatous KP, trace cell, posterior synechiae and iris nodule,
Left eye: cicatricial upper lid changes, eye is quiet
