Myopic Traction Maculopathy - Good Vision - Long term 88 Year old woman with mild vision loss (about 20/40) and myopic tractional maculopathy. Her vision fluctuated over the following 4 years but never got worse. Her macula was stable. There is some thought that this disorder is from the growth of the eye stretching the retina rather than contraction of the vitreous.
