EXTENDED OPHTHALMOSCOPY: OD: C/D ratio is 0.5. There is a disciform scar with exudate on the edge. OS: Vertical C/D ratio is 0.6. There is a disciform scar on the edge. IMPRESSION: 1. DISCIFORM SCARS IN BOTH EYES.
