55 year old man: His mother and her siblings have been previously diagnosed with L-ORD - an autosomal dominant dystrophy resulting from a mutation in the c1qtnf5 gene on chromosome 11. The right eye has been abnormal for about the last 1.5 months. When he was trying to read street signs he noticed that his vision was not right. He then covered each eye and noticed that the left eye was normal but the right eye had an area that was blurred with a curve in lines. His right eye with initial vision of 20/32 had a CNVM on FA and responded to monthly Lucentis therapy with restoration of vision to 20/25 after monthly injections. The left eye sees 20/16
