66 year old woman - no history of uveitis or retinal scars - She had been told for a few years there was a mark on her retina and she was told to see a retina person. She also has pituitary problems where she had the tumor removed in 1980 (a prolactinoma). The last time she saw a new neuro-ophthalmologist, he immediately brought in another doctor, who was a retina person. The retina person took photographs of the pucker (this was within the past 2 years). The patient has had it checked 3 times and was told that it was a little bit worse. There were cyst in it. She was told that she had cataracts. She had moved here so she was told to see someone here. After a recent check she noticed that the vision in the right eye is much worse than the left eye and it is wavy. She has increased her readers that past few months.
