69 year old female The patient has CAD and she had a cardiac catheterization and she had 2 additional stents placed inside of stents that were blocking on Friday the 13th. After the procedure was finished and she was moved from the table to the gurney she became very very cold. Then she went to her room and opened her eyes to look at the TV, the TV looked like there were 2 TV's and she also had funny vision that was like a blotted lip shape and there were multiple ones of those. She could not tell at the time which eye was the problem even though she tried to check. Once the vision started to get better she noticed something in the right eye (this was 2 days later). On Saturday the double vision went away but the spot in the vision persisted in the right eye. The vision was not sharp or clear. She did not have a brain scan. She had a neuro examination that was normal. VA OD: sc20/32 PHNI NscJ10-1 VA OS: sc20/63 PH20/32+2 NscJ1+
