74 year old female History of uveitis and a lot of cobwebs. There was concern about lymphoma and she had a vitrectomy. For the last 5 years she had a kaleidoscope in one region of her eye. That Kaleidoscope is still there. Also, when she is looking at things there are black spots out of the right eye. About 3 weeks ago she had vision loss in the right eye. She thought initially that it was her contacts and she cannot read. The left eye is fine and is doing all the work. For the last just the last week, lines are crooked in the right eye. Also the ocean has a rolling pump. VA OD: Dcc20/25 NccJ7-1 VA OS: Dcc20/32 NccJ3 There are old scars and a new choroidal neovascular membrane in the right eye. |
