76 year old man About a week ago the vision in the left eye got foggy. He has had corneal herpes in the left eye in the past. His ophthalmologist has treated the patient with an ointment. He put some of that in and the vision is a little better. The vision suddenly got worse with a lot of floaters. He is on coumadin for a-fib. VA OD: sc20/32 NccJ2 VA OS: sc20/50 PH20/32 NccJ2 He was initially treated for ARN because of the corneal lesion and got better and then recurred 6 months later.
