Lupus Choroidopathy - Multifocal PED NOT on steroids


81 year old female She was in for her 6 month checkup for plaquenil. During the recent visit you noticed a problem in the left eye. A retina doctor wanted to inject her. The spot in the left eye was noticed over a year ago. She has Lupus and Sjogren's and for that takes plaquenil starting 3 years ago. She first started in 1990 - 1997. She had polio as a kid and lost right side. The left side started to act up recently from her Lupus and that quieted on prednisone. She has been off prednisone for several months VA OD: sc20/20 NscJ3 VA OS: sc20/40 PH20/32 NscJ3
