44 year old man The right eye sees fine. Starting 8 years ago he has has vitreous laser in both eyes. He sees floaters in the right eye. They are in the periphery. They are diffuse. They are very annoying and they move around and are like strands. The right eye had about 10 lasers and about 20 lasers in the left. The left eye he sees floaters, there are more and they come into the visual axis. The ones that bother him the most are from the top and move around into his vision. They are like vines and they come down. In addition to the vines there are small diffuse strands. The strands change with each laser. He sees some spots in the dark. The symptoms are worse in the daytime and in bright light. He can see to read and to drive and to function. When the floaters get in the way it breaks his concentration. It can be once a day but it bothers him when it happens. VA OD: sc20/12.5 NscJ4 VA OS: sc20/16
