64 year old white male He was sick about 6 weeks ago and then 2 weeks into it the left eye got red. He was treated for conjunctivitis and the eye did not get better. You tried him on topical steroids and oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications. The vision has been getting worse the last few weeks. When he first saw you his vision was hazy but not as bad as it is today.

IOP: TP: OD:9 OS:10
His vision returned to normal and the pain cleared within 2 weeks of starting high dose oral steroids. (80 mg per day). His blood tests did not reveal a syndrome.
