The left eye has been having trouble since her cataract surgery in October 2018. She has noticed since then initially her cornea was swollen. She was seeing her regular eye doctor. Then she was in St. Louis in December and went to an ophthalmologist there who also noticed corneal swelling. Then in January 2019 there were floaters and bleeding in the eye. Her eye doctor sent her to a retina specialist who saw a vitreous hemorrhage. The patient wanted another opinion. One of our patients recommended that she come here. The vision in the left eye is starting to bother her some. There is a veil over the left eye. This has been about a month. She had a vitrectomy by another retina doctor for vitreous hemorrhage probably 2/22/2018 prior to the cataract surgery at your office. There were also steroids given at that time.
