75 year old female The patient was doing well until about 4 weeks ago. She had an appointment to come in and she thought maybe it was a post-cataract vision blur. Since it started it has stayed about the same. She reads scripture every morning and was having trouble focusing. She saw the new dark spot and was seen urgently. She has no fevers or health problem. She denies any hair loss, rashes. No weird travel. Medical Hx: breast cancer. Influenza Immunization Not Received. Pneumococcal Vaccine Received. Surgical Hx: Mastectomy. lymphoid removed left armpit. ear surgery. Tonsillectomy. toe surgery. Systemic Meds: Vitamin D3 qday. venlafaxine 150 MG (as venlafaxine hydrochloride 113 MG) Oral Tablet qday. VITAMIN C qday. Calcium qday. VA OD: DccCF 1ft VA OS: Dcc20/32-1 IOP: TP: OD:15 OS:16 The vision further deteriorated in the final images to 1/200 in both eyes. The patient was treated with subtenon kenalog and has had no recurrences or spreading. She was tested for syphilis three times and TB both of which were negative.
