Wet AMD - RAP- following RD repair

92 year old man The vision in the left eye has been declining for about 8 weeks. Prior to that the two eyes were similar. The left eye did have a prior retinal detachment. The RD was in the 1990's. It was repaired by Dr. Tom Ward. Dr. Cohen saw the patient afterward and did a lot of treatment for retinal tears.
Medical Hx: BPH. Congestive Heart Failure. Hypertension, Systemic. Pure Hypercholesterolemia, Unspecified.
Surgical Hx: Tonsillectomy. Appendectomy. Herniorrhaphy. Cataract Surgery.
Systemic Meds: Avodart 0.5 mg. Calcium 500mg. Digitek 125mcg. Eliquis 5mg. Entresto 24mg. Lasix midodrine 5mg. Ocuvite. Propafenone 150mg. Vitamin D. Zocor 20mg.
VA 20/25 OD, 20/200 OS IOP 8 OD, 12 OS
