Pattern Dystrophy - PHPR2 - RP in Family

57 year old male - The right eye has more macular degeneration than the left eye. The left eye has a lot of floaters. He was noted to have macular degeneration in both eyes more in the right than the left eye. He is wondering if there is anything to do. The patient did not notice any vision change prior to June of 2022. He was then diagnosed with vitelliform macular dystrophy. The patients mother and grandmother had RP.
Medical Hx: pre-diabetic. Pure Hypercholesterolemia, Unspecified. neuropathy in feet
and hands.
Surgical Hx: Appendectomy.
Systemic Meds: Cymbalta 20 MG Delayed Release Oral Capsule qday. b12 100 mcg qday.
VA OD: Dcc20/25+2 NccJ1-2
VA OS: Dcc20/20 NccJ1+
IOP: TP: OD:13 OS:14
