60 year old female She woke up a week ago with hazy vision in the right eye. She had vertigo and thought the vision loss might be a migraine. It also felt a little sandy and she tried drops which did not help. She went to a doctor in the box who thought it might be retina. She went to the ER which did not help. The left eye went bad a few years ago.
Medical Hx: Diabetes Mellitus (10 years). Hyperlipidemia. Hypertension, Systemic.
Surgical Hx: Back Surgery.
Systemic Meds: Jardiance 25 MG Oral Tablet. glipizide XL 2 MG 24 HR Extended Release Tablet. MOUNJARO, tirzepatide injection, solution. venlafaxine 37.5 MG (as venlafaxine hydrochloride 42.5 MG) Oral Tablet. CHLORTHALIDONE. Losartan Pot 10 MG Oral Tablet. amlodipine (as amlodipine besylate) 10 MG / atorvastatin (as atorvastatin calcium) 10 MG Oral Tablet. Vitamin d2. atorvastatin (as atorvastatin calcium) 10 MG Oral Tablet. Indomethacin SR, 75 mg oral capsule, extended release. tizanidine 4 MG (as tizanidine hydrochloride 4.576 MG) Oral Capsule. Gabapentin, 300 mg oral tablet. Cetirizine Hydrochloride, 10 mg oral tablet, chewable. KRILL OIL SUPPLEMENT. Apple cider vinegar. MAGNESIUM. POTASSIUM CHLORIDE.
