27 year old man: The vision in the left eye gets spotty and blurry and then it goes black. This started about 5-6 weeks ago. It has occurred more frequently lately. It has been happening every few days. Since it started about 5-8 episodes. It is always the left eye. The vision is usually bad for 15 minutes to 2 hours. He gets a really bad migraine headache with the vision loss. He has abdominal migraines since he was 7 years old. One month ago the patient had a normal stroke work-up. Medical Hx: Thyroid Disease. Abdominal migraine. Klinefelter syndrome. Surgical Hx: Noncontributory. Systemic Meds: SYNTHROID. Compazine. Fiorcet. Nurtec. Allergies: Keflex. Propanolol. Cipro. CT dye. Reglan.
