82-year-old woman with multifocal chorioretinal scars, more in the right than the left eye. She has a history of mild uveitis. Her vision though is reasonable since I saw her last a year ago. VISUAL ACUITY: Vision OD is 20/40, OS is 20/20. IOP: 12 in both eyes. The posterior chamber intraocular lens is in good position in both eyes. EXTENDED OPHTHALMOSCOPY: OD: Vertical C/D ratio is 0.5. There are multifocal minimal chorioretinal scars, none threatening the fovea, which are unchanged from previous exams. OS: Vertical C/D ratio is 0.4. There is peripapillary atrophy. OCT SCAN: The OCT scan is normal in both eyes. IMPRESSION: 1. MILD DRY AGE-RELATED MACULAR DEGENERATION – BOTH EYES 2. QUIESCENT MULTIFOCAL CHOROIDITIS – BOTH EYES
