Vitreomacular traction - Vitrectomy one eye ~ Jetrea Second Eye 83 year old man with 2 months of vision loss in the right eye vision was 20/50 and he had acute vitreomacular traction. His vision returned to 20/20 about 1 month following small gauge vitrectomy surgery. Then 3 years later the fellow eye worsened and was treated with Jetrea. The vision also improved, but it took a bit longer.
