Her vision now is about back to where it was. VISUAL ACUITY: OD: 20/400; OS: 20/100. IOP: OD: 17, OS: 18. The posterior chamber intraocular lens is in good position in both eyes. EXTENDED OPHTHALMOSCOPY: OD: C/D ratio is 0.5. There is a disciform scar with exudate on the edge. OS: Vertical C/D ratio is 0.6. There is a disciform scar on the edge. IMPRESSION: 1. DISCIFORM SCARS IN BOTH EYES.
