Last additions - Ocular Ischemia from Orbital Cellulitis 81 year old woman with vision loss in the right eye for a few weeks. She presented on oral antibiotic for preseptal cellulitis but had restricted eye movement from orbital cellulitis. Vision was LP right eye and 20/32 left eye. She went to the hospital and was admitted for IV antibiotics. She had no orbital abscess. Ultimately the right eye became NLP and she developed a necrotic retinal detachment and corneal neurotropic ulcer. The FA in this case shows brisk circulation. I presume she had a CRAO in the recent past and the central artery had reperfused. Left eye has Dry AMD.
