Derniers ajouts - Birdshot Chorioretinitis Ultra Wide Field ICG angiogram - early case 61 year old woman with floaters in the left eye for 5 months and in the right eye for a few weeks. She has had extensive testing elsewhere and was provisionally diagnosed with possible lupus because of a positive ANA. She had no imaging done with FA or ICG. Vision 20/40 in both eyes. The ICG shows multifocal lesions consistent with Birdshot. An HLA A29 was ordered and was positive. Since she is a fresh case of Birdshot, she will start on therapy with hopes of inducing remission.
