Last additions - Cone Dystrophy - Autosomal Recessive 77 year old man. Patient had in the past used glasses for reading. Vision got very bad 1 month ago when sugar went up. that's when the vision got worse. Patient can see to read with his glasses. There is a blur cloud in the vision more in the left than the right. The left eye saw much better a few years ago than it does today. VA 20/25 right eye, 20/200 left eye Cataracts are very thick - 3-4 NS and compromise the images some
