Last additions - BRVO NO macular edema - cotton wool spot 82 year old man The patient was in for a checkup and you noticed a change in the retina. He has been having more trouble reading for about the last 2 years. Reading glasses have helped with the reading. The patient has had 2 strokes over the last 3 years. The second one was August 18th 2015 and that was a left sided stroke. He has atrial fibrillation for which he is taking Eliquis and baby ASA. He did have ablation 25 years ago and did well for several years after that.
