Last additions - Choroidal Thickening with Exudative Detachment 77 year old man was told there was a problem in the retina and asked to come here. After September 2017 his vision got worse. His ears were also clogged up. The patient took some pills (Z-pack) which might help. He was told that it could take months for the virus to get out of his system. The patient is a care giver for older people because he didn't want to go into a nursing home. His vision and his hearing started to improve over about 2 months. Then he started to get dizzy again in early December 2017 and he was told that he could be getting sick again. He started to get a little better. He never took the medication and he was doing better and he went back to work just after Christmas. He was taking care of a 98 year old woman whose birthday was coming up who then died suddenly. He works for hospice as a volunteer. Within the last few weeks the vision started to get worse. He spoke with Dr. Wallace who told him to see you. You noticed a problem with the retina and asked him to come here. The hearing loss is not too bad. Physically he is doing pretty well. His eyes don't hurt. He has no pain on eye movement and has no unusual headaches. He has been using cortisone ointment for itching maybe once a month.

VA OS: Dcc20/125+2 PH20/100 NccJ5
IOP: TP: OD:14 OS:15 Time:14:37 He has a dense cataract in each eye.
ANA, FTA-ABS, RPR, ESR, Lyme Titer and ACE were normal. Lysozyme was a little high
