Last additions - vemurafenib anterior uveitis (zelboraf) 60 year old on vemurafenib for 8 years who 4 days ago he had a film in his eye with little small black dots in the right eye. Now he has some puffing around his eyes. Then the eye hurt like it was scratched. The right eye is sore to the touch. His vision is pretty good with glasses. In 2000 he was diagnosed with metastatic melanoma.
VA OD: Dcc20/50 PH20/40-2
VA OS: Dcc20/40-2 PH20/32
The right eye has 360 posterior synechia and uveitis
