During the recent visit you noticed a problem in the left eye. A retina doctor wanted to inject her. The spot in the left eye was noticed over a year ago. She has Lupus and Sjogren's and for that takes plaquenil starting 3 years ago. She first started in 1990 - 1997. She had polio as a kid and lost right side. The left side started to act up recently from her Lupus and that quieted on prednisone. She has been off prednisone for several months
