Last additions - Familial Exudative Vitreoretinopathy - Stage 4b - FEVR 10 year old with poor vision in the right eye from birth. The left eye is normal except in the far periphery. There was a change on examination and she was referred for evauation. She was born at term with no known complications.
She has been getting checked every year. This year you saw a retinal detachment in the right eye and asked her to come here for an evaluation. The left eye is OK. She was in for a checkup with no specific vision problems. She was complaining of headaches and pain behind the eye. She saw a specialists as a child who told her the eye was not operable.
