Last additions - Acute Central Retinal Artery Occlusion 70 year old man Central Retinal Artery Occlusion OS (Onset 2/19/2018). Mild Nonproliferative Diabetic Retinopathy OS.
Yesterday he woke up at 2:00 AM and noticed a flash in the left eye with no pain and then sudden severe vision loss. He had no headache and no pain. He went to the ER yesterday and they suggested that he come. They did a brain scan that was OK.
VA OD: Dcc20/20-2 NccJ1+-1
VA OS: DccHM NccUnable
2 months following acute presentation the patient developed neovascular glaucoma and was managed with drops, avastin, and then an ahmed valve
