Last additions - Plaquenil Toxicity - 4 years Use - Depakote 47 year old female She started plaquenil 4 years ago for lupus with cutaneous findings. It works well. She has never been on the plaquenil before. Her renal function is normal (her husband is an internist) and she is not on Tamoxifen. She noticed vision change in June 2019. She was having trouble with faces and seeing the mouse on the computer. In June all tests were normal. Her visual field show severe constriction. She is having a lot of eye strain in the office with tracking the mouse. Stopped the medication about 2.5 weeks ago. She noticed vision when she started the depacote. She is also myopic. (-9.50)
