Last additions - Valsalva Retinopathy - Intraretinal hemorrhage - Permanent Vision Loss 65 year old man - Starting about 10 days ago he was sitting in bed reading a book and then when he went to check his email he noticed a shimmering light all around the edges of his eye that was only at night and then the next morning he didn't feel well and had a headache with a migraine (first one in 20 years) and then the central vision went bad the day after the shimmery scotoma. The left eye is OK.

IOP: TP: OD:14 OS:13
Further testing showed carotid stenosis on the right side and history of stroke - had endarterectomy ( testing done for headache)
